Adapted from the musical storybook series “Melody of the Green Forest” by Mrs. Kat Ha, the musical is a colorful, musical and emotional story about the magical journey of two little friends – Elephant and Mouse.
With courage and a heart full of love, Elephant and Mouse set out to cross distant lands, where every step is a melody, every scene is a harmony of nature. Together, they find Uncle Woodpecker, who holds the secret to saving the Apple Forest – a beautiful forest that is being destroyed by humans and polluted by the environment.
On that journey, Elephant and Mouse not only discover the magical sounds of nature, but also realize the fragility of the living environment when trees fall, rivers dry up, and animals lose their homes. It was in that challenge that the animals found the power of friendship, solidarity and courage to join hands with Uncle Woodpecker and all species to protect the green forest and preserve life for the Earth.
The musical “Green Forest Melody” conveys simple but profound messages:
Friendship is a miracle. Despite differences, as long as there is love, children will always find sympathy and sharing.
Every child is a “green warrior”, when they know how to start with small actions: picking up a fallen leaf, not littering, taking care of a sapling – to contribute to preserving the beautiful planet.
“Green Forest Melody” is not only a musical, but also a symphony of friendship, of nature and of faith in future generations – small hearts but containing great power to protect the world around them.
